“WELCOME BACK! this winter has felt like an eternity? but we’re super excited to hop back into the kitchen for another delicious year with our new york friends. this first meal will be slightly different from our usual format as we collaborate with @nambreakfastclub to bring to you a delicious breakfast noodle originating from nha trang called bánh canh cá dầm, fish udon (which fish will end up in the pot, we are still recipe testing :)). in true viet breakfast fashion, we will also pair our noodle with some heady caffeinated bevs of your choice. non-coffee option also available. see you at the end of the month!”
