“The Ground Beneath Us is an edible installation created by Vitamin Color in collaboration with Farm to People, celebrating the fleeting moment when late summer meets fall here in the Northeast.
For one evening, seasonal local produce is transformed into a large-scale edible landscape exploring the relationship between harvest, landscape, and the people who grow our food.
Guests are invited to move through the installation, gather, eat, and experience the changing season through color, texture, and taste.
