New Place Players will be presenting Ghosts, an immersive stage reading of Henrik Ibsen’s timeless family drama about hidden secrets, living ghosts, and the bitter truths which challenge fundamental values of society. With live musical accompaniment, Scandinavian hors d’oeuvres and performed throughout the 19th century parlor townhouse of Casa Duse, the audience will be truly transported the fjords of Norway where the ideas explored and the feelings revealed are as relevant now as they were in 1881.”
